We are more than happy to accommodate international buyers.

By default, our websites accommodate Malaysia buyers. However, we will ship anywhere in the world, with a few exceptions, you may select it during checkouts. If you cannot select your country, kindly contact us by email to know more details.

With this in mind, please remember:

• Most international shipments are shipped FedEx, DHL, UPX, GDEX, SKYNET International Economy Service. If asked, we will ship using your preferred carrier. Call us for variations.

• Depending on which country you are ordering from, and the size of the order, we may require pre-payment by bank wire.

• Any shipping expenses associated with replacements or returns, the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Please contact your Customs Office prior to ordering.
