Standard Return Policy

RMA Policy Return or Replacement Policy:

Emaz is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:

a) Contact the responsible salesperson or leave us a message here to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number. You will receive a confirmation email with the instructions, kindly follow the steps in the email you have received from us to return your parcel to our warehouse. 

b) In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging do not qualify for a full refund.

c) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.

d) Remember to write "RETURN" on the outside of the package to ensure fast passage through any customs it may encounter. We strongly recommend that you return your goods with a tracking number. Emaz is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

* Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and our RMA Form.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Products with obvious signs of damage.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 1 to 2 days. (Not including weekends or holidays)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jesin@emaztech.com and send your item to the address we provide on your RMA Form.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided on your RMA Form. Do not mail your item back without our RMA Form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM10,000, you must ship the item using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If your item comes in damaged due to shipping we will not provide a refund. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Emaz reserves the right to refuse any refunds and returns which do not comply with the above criteria.
